ACS Homecare is a family-owned agency that gets to know our clients and their families and treats them like family. We provide compassionate, non-medical support to enable Seniors, Veterans, and Adults with Disabilities to live safely and confidently where they feel most comfortable...in their own homes. Our approach is old-fashioned, but then again, so are many of our clients.

Our customer service includes a high level of communication, personalized scheduling done in our office, and assigning an ACS Care Coordinator to each case. Care Coordinators work with clients and families to create a customized care plan, train caregivers in the home, and manage each case to ensure that the client is getting the best care possible. With 15 years of experience in homecare along and an incredible team of support in our office, we're confident that we provide the best service possible.

My father‘s caregiver Amy goes above and beyond what is expected of a home health aid. Amy even likes to help make sure the house is decorated for whatever holiday it is. She helps out with whatever needs tending to. You don’t even have to ask her. Amy never has the attitude that’s not my job. She looks for jobs to help my father out with. Not only that, she is considered a friend to him. Sometimes they’ll just sit out in the yard and talk. That’s really important to a person with dementia who may be suffering from social isolation. Just recently on her day off, she came to my father‘s birthday party. We were having his 82nd birthday on a Sunday, her day off. She took time out of her off day to come to his birthday party and celebrate with his family. Amy is the best. I think if we lost her, my father wouldn’t want anyone else and rather have no one.
