My father‘s caregiver Amy goes above and beyond what is expected of a home health aid. Amy even likes to help make sure the house is decorated for whatever holiday it is. She helps out with whatever needs tending to. You don’t even have to ask her. Amy never has the attitude that’s not my job. She looks for jobs to help my father out with. Not only that, she is considered a friend to him. Sometimes they’ll just sit out in the yard and talk. That’s really important to a person with dementia who may be suffering from social isolation. Just recently on her day off, she came to my father‘s birthday party. We were having his 82nd birthday on a Sunday, her day off. She took time out of her off day to come to his birthday party and celebrate with his family. Amy is the best. I think if we lost her, my father wouldn’t want anyone else and rather have no one.

Lori is my aide. She is always pleasant and does her work not only fast, but seems happy to be helping! She is awesome! Briittney (the Care Coordinator from the office) stopped by while she was in the building. She is very nice too.

We are extremely pleased with the quality of care our father is receiving. The caregivers are very empathetic and really know how to care for elderly clients.

My needs are always met by the office. Omnia is exceptional! I have had several aides and they have been great. I was a caregiver myself and I am so grateful for the caregivers in my life. ACS is the best!
