Fixed schedules

We build trust with our Clients by building relationships. Our goal is to provide our Aides with fixed schedules and a permanent assignment whenever possible. This benefits our Employees as well as our Clients.

Competitive Pay

Our Aides often tell us that we pay better than the competition. In addition, we have Overtime Pay as well as Holiday Pay.

Training & TB Testing

We understand that it's the little things that can make a difference. We require TB testing and training upon hire as well as annual online training moving forward. We pay our Aides for their training time and cover fees for required TB testing.

Group Healthcare

We offer group healthcare to our full-time employees at a minimal cost to them. ACS Homecare pays 90% of the insurance costs.
Full-time employees may opt to purchase optional AFLAC insurance as well.
